Shipping policy

Waters West is committed to completing your order as quickly as possible. Over 90% of our orders are shipped within 24 hours, with many going out the same day it is received.

We use first class and priority mail from the US Postal Service for most orders, which includes a tracking number. The US mail has proven to be very quick and reliable over the years. Please note that requesting UPS or FedEx shipping may delay your order, and incur additional costs.

We don't like back-orders any more than you do, so we try our best to keep everything well stocked. When there is something that is out-of-stock, we will contact you and let you know that it may take a little bit longer for a particular item. As soon as it becomes available, we will ship it right out to you, generally within the same day. You can request a refund or a substitution if you wish.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, but there may be some restrictions on certain products.

Items shipped within the US will have a tracking number sent upon shipment.

Shipping Rates

US Shipping for orders under $50.00 is a flat fee of $6.00

Orders over $50.00 are eligible for free USPS shipping within the US.

Oversized Orders (like oars or boats) may be charged the actual shipping cost, but likely will still be eligible for free shipping within the US.

Shipping to Canada is a flat fee of $14.00

International Shipping to most other countries is a flat fee of $14.00, but we will notify you if the shipping will have to be increased due to size or excess weight.
