Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window
New, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Condition Requirements
Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unaltered
  • Free of dirt, odors, wear, or signs of use
  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and components

Items that do not meet these standards will be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.

Fit Items (Boots, Waders, Apparel)
Fit items must be tried on indoors, on a clean and dry surface only.
Any item showing outdoor use or water exposure is not eligible for return or exchange.

Sale, Clearance, and Special Orders
All sale, clearance, and special-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of manufacturer defect or shipping error.

Proof of Purchase
A receipt, packing slip, or invoice is required for all returns.
Returns without proof of purchase will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on all non-defective items
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Exchanges may incur return shipping costs

Our Error or Defective Items
If we shipped the wrong item or the item arrives defective, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Timing
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Bank processing and shipping transit times may extend the total timeline.


Warranty Repairs

Manufacturer warranties are handled according to the manufacturer’s terms.

Customers may:

  • Work directly with the manufacturer, or
  • Bring the item to us for assistance

If we handle the warranty process:

  • All shipping costs, manufacturer repair fees, and return shipping are the customer’s responsibility
  • We will provide a cost estimate for approval before proceeding
  • Repairs or replacements will not be ordered without customer authorization

Warranty processing times vary by manufacturer and are outside our control.


International Orders

Due to customs, duties, taxes, and tariff complications, all international orders are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international shipments for any reason, including sizing issues, customer preference, or refused deliveries.

If an international order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for:

  • All customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • Ensuring compliance with their country’s import regulations

Refused or undeliverable international shipments will not be refunded.


Additional Notes

  • Returns are accepted for both in-store and online purchases
  • Special orders are items ordered specifically at a customer’s request and not normally stocked
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this policy
