These hooks seem to land more fish than any standard wire hook.
We've been hearing about these for a while as some in British Columbia and on the Olympic Peninsula, are boasting of the fact they land far more fish than ever before. Be it air born steelhead, death rolling Coho and Chinook on a never ending tank run, these simply hold far better than any standard wire hook.
As a side note, if you used the Matzuo Sickle hooks and were unhappy with the results, your not alone. But these Big River Bait Hooks got it right with beefing up the wire and having less a dramatic bend in the rear. These Gamakatsu's seem to have held up far better.
