Returns Policy

Waters West is committed to completing your order as quickly as possible. Over 90% of our orders are shipped within 24 hours, with many going out the same day it is received.

We use first class and priority mail from the US post office for most orders, which does include a tracking number. The US mail has proven to be very quick and reliable over the years. We will ship UPS or FedEx when needed or requested.

We don't like back-orders any more than you do, so we try our best to keep everything well stocked. When there is something that is out-of-stock, we will contact you and let you know that it may take a little bit longer for a particular item. As soon as it becomes available, we will ship it right out to you, generally within the same day. Or you can request a refund or a substitution.

Returns:

You may return new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items that show signs of use, and do not appear new will not be exchanged or allowed for returns or credit. Items that are returned for exchange will be charged return shipping.

We suggest trying any boots and waders on in a clean, dry area so if they don’t fit, we can still take them back and get you the correct size.

All sale, clearance, and special order items may not be returned. A copy of the receipt, packing slip, or invoice should accompany all returns and all packaging and tags should be included in the return. Include your desire for a refund, exchange, or replacement. We suggest contacting us to let us know what you would like to return and the reason for the return to help avoid delays.

If you receive an item that was not what you ordered, we will cover the return shipment fee and send you the correct product at no additional cost.

You can expect to receive your refund or exchange within one week of us receiving the returned product. The entire process can take longer depending on transit and processing time for shipping.

Warranty Repairs

Items that need "Manufacturer Warranty Repair/Replacement" can either be sent directly to the manufacturer, or brought into us. If brought in to us, we will send it to the manufacturer and when you come to pick up your repair or replacement we will let you know the total which includes shipping there, the price of the manufactures repair, and return shipping. Most manufacturers have information on their web sites, or included with the product, on how to utilize the warranty if you prefer to do it yourself.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, but there may be some restrictions on certain products.

Items shipped within the US will have a tracking number sent upon shipment.

Shipping Rates

US Shipping for orders under $50.00 is a flat fee of $5.00

Orders over $50.00 are eligible for free shipping within the US.

Oversized Orders (like oars or some boats) maybe charged the actual shipping cost, but most likely will still be eligible for free shipping within the US.

Shipping to Canada is a flat fee of $10.50

International Shipping to most other countries is a flat fee of $14.00, but we will notify you if the shipping will have to be increased due to size or excess weight.
