This is a multi-use steelhead and salmon hook. It has a tapered loop up-eye with a black forged finish. It is primarily used for low water and dry flies for Atlantic Salmon and Steelhead. We carry this hook in size #10 and #12 for flies tied specifically for clear water or pressured fish. Try a smaller pattern when nothing else in the box is working.
